Return Policy

At Huldra, each piece is born from our hands with intention, care, and respect for detail. Still, we want you to feel confident in every choice you make.

If for any reason you feel that the piece is not for you, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

To start the process, simply contact us via private message or email, stating your order number.

Return conditions:

• The piece must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without signs of use or damage;
• Whenever possible, it should be sent in its original packaging;
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of a defect or error on Huldra's part.

Upon receipt and verification of the piece, a refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method.

Exceptions:

As these are handmade jewellery pieces, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Pieces made by custom order;
• Items with signs of misuse or damage after delivery.

Each Huldra piece is handcrafted and carries the natural marks of artisanal work. Small variations in shape, texture, or detail are part of the authenticity and uniqueness of each creation.

If the piece presents any structural anomaly upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by photographs, so that we can assess and resolve the issue with the care you deserve.
